FLAT WORK INSTRUCTION

Daisy Coakley - UKCC Level 3 Accredited British Dressage Trainer.

Daisy, encouraged by her mother Angela, began riding at the tender age of two. She progressed through Pony Club activities, riding on area teams and completing her Pony Club journey, by winning the Pony Club National Open Dressage Championships in 2012.

Daisy has evented up to intermediate BE and International 1* on her incredible horse, Urbanus II (owned by Felicity Norrie). Over time she started riding for multiple owners and converted to pure dressage taking the ride of Judy Firmston-Williams (a great friend and supporter of Breakspear RC) Daya. Together this successful partnership have won eight National titles and are now training at Grand Prix.

Daisy was part of the British Equestrian Federation Young Professionals Programme where she won a bursary for a months training with Olympic rider Gareth Hughes. Daisy now goes for week long stays to train with Gareth, as well as training regularly with Judy Harvey.

Daisy has an adaptable and open minded approach, working with horses and riders of varying levels. Her aim is to create responsive, confident and willing horses through increasing rider awareness and feedback. Her mission is to help riders feel confident and proactive in their approach to training, and creating happy horses who are eager to learn.

Cancellation within 48 hours will still attract the lesson fee unless a replacement can be found.

We are currently holding these on a Thursday from 12.30 pm during the winter subject to Daisy's competition schedule. If you are interested:
