Show Jumping Training with Chris Haywood

Chris Haywood spent 27 years in the Household Cavalry during which he held the coveted appointment of Riding Master to Her Majesty the Queen, during which time he had a successful show jumping and 3* eventing career including representing the army internationally. Chris is a knowledgeable and inspiring trainer for all levels. He is particularly gifted with young or difficult horses and is generally regarded as confidence building for the less than brave rider as well. Chris teaches with authority, clear explanations and good humour!

This training is open to members of Breakspear Riding Club and non-members subject to availability. Tuition will be private and sessions will be 30 minutes long. Numbers will be strictly limited and priority will be given to BRC Members. Your time will be emailed to you 2 days prior to your training session. If you require a specific time please request this on your booking form and we will endeavour to accommodate this.

Cost: £30.00 Breakspear members £35.00 non-members

Riding hats to conform to current BHS Riding Clubs regulations i.e. EN1384, PAS015 must be worn

  • It is a prerequisite of our hosts that the parking area is left free of hay, straw and droppings. Please clear up your space before you leave
  • In the event that you are unable to attend please note that refunds will only be made if the resultant space can be filled.
  • Show jumping training - if you are able to help put up/put away jumps it would be much appreciated
